We offer two different maintenance and repair options to deliver and bill for its services:

Services Silver Standard BOLD Gold
Services The conventional approach of on-demand/on-call services, billed hourly with a % of contractor billing fee. On-call responses are second in priority to BOLD Gold clients. This option provides priority on-demand services, but also includes property leadership, performance maintenance, and asset planning for an agreed-upon annual fee.
Property Leadership monthly on-call fee + after-hours premium No additional on-call or after hours fees. Includes priority response.
Performance Maintenance — Inspections flat fee per inspection, based on square footage No additional fees and receive priority response
Performance Maintenance Plan — Services billed hourly, as requested Custom annual plan billed monthly, quarterly, or annually; can include bonus services
Strategic Repair & Replacement billed hourly, as needed billed hourly, as needed, but costs reduced due to routine maintenance
Empowerment Disability and aging-in-place assessments and improvements Disability and aging-in-place assessments and improvements

Bonus Services!

  • Infrared camera inspection: Excellent for identifying insufficient insulation, plumbing and electrical issues.
  • Drone-mounted camera inspection: For difficult to access areas of a property, such as a roof.
  • Additional time for asset planning and analysis: More time typically results in more accurate repair and replacement project cost estimates.
  • Monitoring of security, remote water leak detection, and/or real-time electricity monitoring system(s): If these systems are installed, bonus services can include free monitoring and analysis of data.
  • Seasonal maintenance: This can include snow shoveling, lawncare, decoration install/uninstall, etc.
